1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date if:

The item is unused and in original condition

All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-returnable items include:

Digital/downloadable products

Gift cards

Custom or personalized items

Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked)
2. Return Process
To start a return:

Wait for approval and return instructions from our team

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service (you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake)
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

We’ll resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.
6. Cancellations
